During her previous position as a Civil Engineer, nine years as a Realtor and Property Manager in her motherland Latvia and more than 10 years as a Realtor in Canada, Elena has developed a knack for understanding both people and places.

When not at work Elena is an avid outdoor enthusiast, who enjoys hiking, tennis, downhill ski and oil painting. Her sense of adventure has also led her through over 20 countries in Europe and Central America.
